Since the restaurant has been open for 15 years, instead of extensive renovations, the decision was made to focus on the establishment's long-standing experience and emphasize that the restaurant "Shakespeare" is the oldest restaurant in Lviv. This positively affects both tourists looking for something authentic with history and city residents who trust establishments that have been on the market for a long time.
Work on the project included:
- financial analysis, market analysis
- development of a new promotion strategy and information presentation
- visualization while preserving the authenticity and history of the establishment.
The menu includes the most popular recipes from throughout the restaurant's operation, describing enduring traditions, and utilizing decor elements and aged wood to give the interior an aged appearance. All visualization was done in a sketch style, further enhancing "the oldest" theme.
Additionally, the restaurant is themed around Scotland, so for menu visualization, we chose the design of whisky labels.
We used fonts, age of the whisky, and layout scheme for information placement.
