- Organization of work according to planning, financial analysis, operational activities, production reconstruction. Business systematization.
Active promotion through guest reviews on social media and search resources for tourists, working with tourist groups, influencers, direct online broadcasts of life at 36Po.
PR technology through the creation of the fairy tale character Lolo - a real tiger shark that lived in the aquarium. For this, a fairy tale was written and a limited series of books about the brave shark Lolo was published. All the money from the sale of these books went to purchase children's corners in the oncology hospital.
